By Discreet Introduction
We believe a residence is not measured in square metres, but in the
quality of the silence it offers, the calibre of light it
invites, and the lives it allows its inhabitants to imagine.
Imaken exists to find — and sometimes, to make — the homes that hold
these qualities. Each is selected as a curator selects a work:
for its provenance, its proportion, and its capacity to endure.
A fifteen-storey residential landmark in copper, stone, and glass — Imaken's flagship development, set immediately opposite the new Talanta Sports City on Ngong Road.
A landmark composition in white precast and oxidised copper, ornamented by a hand-drawn lattice that climbs the façade like calligraphy. Ninety-six residences across fifteen floors — one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, three sky duplexes, and a single penthouse — each arranged around a wraparound balcony framing the city, the stadium, and the long Ngong horizon.
For an exceptional residence to become a home, six things must be quietly attended to. We attend to all of them — and to whatever else is asked.

Imaken is a contemporary Afro-luxury real estate developer and advisory based in Nairobi, Kenya. Established in 2018, Imaken curates and develops architecturally significant residences across Kenya — including coastal villas in Lamu, Diani, and Watamu; highland estates in Naivasha and Limuru; and high-rise apartments in Nairobi.
The Talanta Residences is situated on Ngong Road in Nairobi, Kenya — immediately opposite the new Talanta Sports City stadium. The development falls within Imaken's Nairobi Collection portfolio and benefits from rapid access to the central business district, Karen, and Wilson Airport.
The development comprises 96 residences across 15 storeys. The mix includes one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, three sky duplexes, and a single penthouse. Each residence features wraparound balconies framing the city, the adjacent stadium, and the long Ngong horizon.
Residences at The Talanta Residences start from KES 22 million for a one-bedroom apartment. The three sky duplexes and the single penthouse are priced on application. Staged payment plans are available against the construction schedule; please request the dossier for the full price schedule.
Private viewings are arranged by appointment. You may request the project dossier using the form on the project page, email studio@imaken.co.ke, or telephone +254 20 200 8800. A dedicated curator typically responds within one business day.
